I was feeling a little nostalgic today; I don’t know maybe it’s the hazy, rainy, drowsy feeling I used to get living in San Francisco. Oh those were the good O days of summer, much like today. My stomach also feeling nostalgic, so my stomach and me decided to go to Blue 9 Burger located on 92 3rd Ave. Many people have told me that Blue 9 was the New York’s equivalent of IN and Out from the West Coast.

RANTS & RAVES:

Got the classic /cheese, nothing to crazy, so I could compare the different Coast. I thought it was good, but not as good as In and Out, the Blue 9 sauce was to tangy and overpowering, the meat was not so fresh had a hint of that freeze-dry flavor. In and Out never freeze their beef, hence the all-natural beef flavor. Overall I would give it a 3 out 4 not bad, it’s pretty cheap compared to New York standard i.e., Burger Joint $6.50, Corner Bistro $6, and some bullshit name I forgot that charges $29 for a Kobe beef burger. ITs cheap eat it!
