I recently stop by Kwik Meal Cart on the South West corner of 45th at 6th, and got the vegetables on Pita for $3.50. Wow! This was one of the best vegetarian meals I had in my life and this is considering vegetarian restaurants as well. On grilled pita bread were loads huge broccoli, peas, baby corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, and lettuce all sautéed in some sort of voodoo sauce. Really had no idea what it was possibly it was juice of all the beautiful veggies. They topped off the veggies with some smokin hot sauce made from a Mexican distributor, yay I thought it was sort of weird too, but it worked. For a vegetarian dish I enjoyed a lot.

But what I really like about this cart that no other cart offers in Manhattan, is that the party like atmosphere that comes with the food. There are 6- count them 6 dudes in this small little cart making falafels, vegetarians pita sandwiches and lamb over rice. It’s like a freak show I don’t know how they fit, let along all work together. I highly recommend it the food is great, the cart dudes are awesome, and it’s like a party in a cart what more can you ask for. Tip: Music not included however they might hum you a song. Tip: I heard the Falafel is great only $3.50 -cheap!
