Lovely Day Molly is our official first Cheap Ass Blind Date. She is a lovely, super hot New Yorker who loves cheap eats and has extensive culinary knowledge. We meet at Lovely Day, one of Molly’s favorite cheap eateries located in Nolita. Like many first blind dates there are some nervousness and some recognition issues but once we got to talking we are old buds. It doesn’t always pay to be a cheapAss it has it drawbacks, it happened on our first date with Molly unfortunately. While filming our date we didn’t have enough light to document the whole date so, we decide to show you some clips of the highlights. Next on our list is to purchase a new digital video camera- we’re crossing our fingers! What can I say about the food, it was YUMMY, Cheap and Yummy! Cute Thai fusion in the Nolita, I highly recommend it for romantic/casual dates or with friends. ABOUT CHEAP ASS FOOD BLIND DATE: Every month we will pick one foodie to go out and dine at their choice of cheap eatery (under $10) and we will pay for it.
