New Saigon Inc. is a tiny take out/ delivery place in East Village. I always walked by but never realize it until several days ago I saw 3 postmen hanging out there. Their Chinese/ Vietnamese menu is quite extensive compared to its square footage. Most of their dishes is around $5 so seems to be pretty good bargain here. We try the Grilled Pork Vietnamese Sandwich ($3.50), it is the biggest I have seen and eaten so far. The grilled pork are ok, not as good as another Vietnamese sandwich shop Nicky’s. I hope that there are more mayo and butter in it.
