This might be a bit premature to say since I have not eaten at all the pizzerias in all of Northern America but Di Fara leaves me no choice. And here are my top ten reason why this is so: 1. Four Decades of pizza making 2. Four Decades of pizza making by Dom 3. Finest and freshest ingredients 4. Coal-oven 5. Paper thin pie that can stand on it own 6. Family Run and Family owned 7. Each Pizza is made by Dom and Dom only 8. Iron fist hands, Dom literally pulls all the pies with his bare hands 9. it’s the best 10. it’s the best Why wouldn’t you love this place an Old Italian dude, over four decades of experience and a pizza one would die for? The verdict is out Di Fara is hands down the best Pizza in New York – no wait in America. I said it, it the best!

For all the devout Hasidic Jews around the neighborhood, I am sorry to say Di Fara is not kosher, but I guess that leaves more for the rest of us. *** A whole pie is $17 *** A slice $3 (a better deal to buy the pie)
