A South American flare on empanadas, Ruben’s Empanadas serves up numerous variety of empanada, but will it pass our cheapass test. All empanadas range from $4-$5 each, not so cheapass for one empanadas however they do offer some meals with rice and beans for $6-$7. For the size of a small fist is not so filling so I would highly recommend the meal deal. The empanadas them selves are flaky, filled with chicken/ beef/ ham & cheese/ vegetarian and flavorful spices.
