Queens is famous for Jackson Heights and Flushing but very little in know for Maspeth Queens. On a little strip of on Grand Ave many little mom and pop shops make Maspeth a eaters destinations. Wanka Restaurant on 71-04 Grand Ave boasts of their “ best Peruvian food and great rotisserie chicken”, while the CS Bagels could be compared to H & H Bagel in Manhattan, The New Poland Delicatessen offers great pre made perogies to homemade sausages that are out of this world and for dessert Pastry Shop has a great spread Italian cookies, pastry to cannoli.
