This place will make your tastebuds have multiple orgasms! No kidding man! For BBQ in Texas it’s all about slow smoked beef brisket and Ruby’s is one of the best I have had. They use all-natural, range-free, no-hormones and no-antibiotics beef brisket from the Bradley Three Ranch (B3R) near Childress, Texas. They slow cook their meats in their custom built brick and mortar pits with oak wood which results in a more natural smokey flavor. So I got the not on the menu house special 1 lb All Natural B3R Brisket with no sides. Yes Baby I don’t need sides to distract my tastebud because I want them to fully embrace the juicy tantric sex arrival of the melt-in-your mouth thinly sliced briskets. I also got some Shiner's Bock beer as my gastronomical lubricant.

Young got the 1/2 lb Baby Back Pork Ribs dinner plate with Mustard Potato Salad and Vinaigrette Cole Slaw ($12.95). This delicious dry rub ribs is on the leaner side and the meat is crunchy, probably because they use all natural meat? Suzanne got the Side Salad ($2.25) caused she ate already plus she is vegetarian. Tell you the truth, the entire time I don’t even check out the supa-hot tattooed counter staffs because the food is so GOOOD! I cannot fu*king move an inch after that pure 1 LB ginormous cow chest occupies my stomach. I feel that it kicks me. Yea Keep Austin Weird dude! p.s. I heard Stubb’s in Austin is great too, anybody try that yet?
