REVIEWS:
Patties have made Christie’s a household name, despite the fact that they offer semi-large menu, everyone gets the meat or veggie patties. The most popular would be the beef, chicken, then vegetarian, on our visit we got one of each with the exception of the vegetarian (they ran out), so instead we got the collard green. Encased in a turmeric-yellow pastry, made with a fair amount of fat, giving the dough its flaky texture and moisture. The beef is the best filling choice it’s moister and more flavorful than the chicken patty. The collard was a bit on the bland side, I hoped for savory hint, all I could taste was what it seemed like boiled greens with fluffy bread. Not bad, mind you if you have a more lighter palate. All Patties are $2.00, enough to make a meal out of, also if you want to load up on the carbs, I noticed that one person ordered a patty sandwiched between halved coco bread. A very cheapass way to fill that belly.
