Healty Nachos

INGREDIENTS:

- 1/3 cup of chopped broccoli - 1/2 a carrot, chopped - 5 large whole wheat crackers (I recommend Red Oval Stoned Wheat thins) - 1/3 cup of chickpeas - a few diced mushrooms - 4 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce - 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella

All the ingredients in this meal probably come to about $8 or $9 (the cheese will be the most expensive ingredient), but then you have enough to make this meal at least 4 times. It's a pretty good deal, considering the meal is fairly healthy, filling, and yummy.
